This Privacy Policy explains how The Vertical Wallpaper ("we", "us", "our"), operated by The Vertical Movie, handles information in connection with the The Vertical Wallpaper mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.

The App does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or login to browse, download, or set wallpapers. Most of what you do (favorites, download counts, unlocked items) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.

If you email us (for support, a wallpaper suggestion, a content report, or a copyright notice), we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Subscriptions ("PRO") are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether a subscription is active; RevenueCat associates this with an anonymous in-app identifier and the store transaction, not your real identity.

d) Stored only on your device

Favorites, lifetime download count, rewarded-unlock state, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above so they can perform their functions, or where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.

Device-stored data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Advertising and subscription data are retained by the respective providers per their policies.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
